24hr Child minding service / Baby sitting works as follows. You will be given a form to fill in with the child's info
likes dislikes allergies etc and contact info for you. A time a date will be booked with the following charges. $12.00 per
hour for the 1st child and $2.00 for each additional child. There is a 4 Hr minimum and $10 trip charge. (ALL rates are subject
to change)
Welcome packs can be purchased for $25 plus the cost of food. These packs are for those who do not wish
to have to go to the market on the night of arrival and generally contain something simple for the first night's dinner and
a basic breakfast for the next morning. The items are purchased the day before/of your arrival and are placed in your villa.
Villas are equipped with fully furnished kitchens and grills are available.
Cribs and highchairs can be requested
for the home at a fee of $5/day or $20/week. These items are limited and should be requested in advance, especially during
peak seasons. Cribs may be travel (or playpen) style and not standard wood cots.
Strollers can be rented for use in
the parks for $5/day plus a $2 refundable deposit or $20/week plus a $10 refundable deposit. They are lightweight single collapsable
(umbrella) strollers. While it is convenient to rent strollers directly from the park, the prices can range from $10 to $20
per day and supplies can be limited.
Charcoal Grills can be rented for use at a cost of $15 per stay. Grills must
be used outside the screened pool areas.
Hot Tub and Spa Heat (Where available) is $15 per night.
Pool Heat
is $25/night and requires a minimum of three nights. It takes up to 24 hours for a pool to heat up, especially in the winter
months, so it is suggested that this item be requested prior to arrival.

Homes are done on a first-come, first-serve basis with all special requests met to the best of our available homes. Due to
events that are sometimes out of our control, we book by number of rooms and level of house and attempt to fill all requests
for specific placement. If, for some reason, a specific home becomes unavailable, we will assign a room of equal or greater
compairson.
