These 'starter' homes are just that, the basic vacation villa. The three, four, and five bedroom homes with one master suite and at least one full bathroom are fully furnished units and come with all the amenities of home plus have a screened in pool and deck area.

Homes are done on a first-come, first-serve basis with all special requests met to the best of our available homes. Due to events that are sometimes out of our control, we book by number of rooms and level of house and attempt to fill all requests for specific placement. If, for some reason, a specific home becomes unavailable, we will assign a room of equal or greater compairson.
