In 2002 we established a corporation named DS Property Management (DSP) located in Davenport, Florida. DS Property Management is an umbrella company (dba) for Border 2 Border, Splash Zone Pools, and Executive Villas.

Executive Villas is a vacation property management and booking company including services such as cleaning, car rental, airport pickup and entertainment tickets. Our company is now set up in such a way that we can offer complete property management.

Our latest addition to the DSP family is Jonmor Properties, a sales, marketing, and investment company. This particular branch of the company also has offices in the United Kingdom.

DSP also has a construction company (Mid Florida Construction) and is plaining on building a vacation development near Disney. With Guaranteed bookings for the first year. Look for our ads in the national newspapers in the United Kingdom. We have started taking $5000 security deposits for lots in this sub devsion. Please call for details.

Homes are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis with all special requests met to the best of our available homes. Due to events that are sometimes out of our control, we book by number of rooms and level of house and attempt to fill all requests for specific placement. If, for some reason, a specific home becomes unavailable, we will assign a room of equal or greater compairson.
